What does the per-order fee include?
Picking, packing, document handling, hand-off to the carrier and operational support. The carrier is billed separately at transparent cost.
Are there hidden fixed costs?
No. You pay a small storage percentage (based on actual volumes) and a fee per shipped order. No mandatory monthly subscription.
How long is onboarding?
On average 2–4 weeks: technical integration with your e-commerce, inbound goods, pilot shipping tests, go-live.
What happens with breakage?
On products we handle, the real rate is below 0.06%, even on glass and ceramics. Breakage under our responsibility is refunded per contractual terms.
